"I like that they are local. It's a husband and wife who work together and the wife takes care of everything, answers the phone and distributes the workers. The husband fixed a furnace a couple of years ago and coaches little league, which is a plus. He stopped on his way home on the weekend and fixed it when no one else would. I'm going to be a lifelong customer as long as they are in business. They are a local, family run business and they explain to me everything that they are doing.
