"Easy to contact during bidding process, very modern quoting process using drones and AI to give rough estimates that were pretty close to the real estimate, we had good discussions about pros and cons of different options/colors. They had a good price compared to other roofing companies. Once the project was underway, the communication was a bit sparse though and somewhat disjointed between the owner, foreman and office manager, but overall, they did a good job. "Basically, whatever they tell you they're going to do, they actually do. I have a rather large home on a hillside. They told me they could do the job in one day. I didn't believe it and was prepared for two to three days work. On the day, they arrived with two crews and the proper vehicles.
