"The job I selected was spray on all continuous film on a flat roof that wasn't a commercial building. I went walking on the roof to check out the job and noticed that some areas of the roof are hidden by some walls so near there, some areas hadn't been done. I called them to let them know and they immediately came over and corrected the problem. I'm satisfied. The courtesy they have for the customer and they explain everything pretty nicely.
