Getting roofers to come back and fix something can be really difficult, because they just disappear. Abril Roofing have been around a long time, and they are really tops. I felt like they were ethical. They explained everything in very specific detail, and they gave us pages and pages with lists of satisfied customers and their phones numbers so we could call and get recommendations. "Basically, whatever they tell you they're going to do, they actually do. I have a rather large home on a hillside. They told me they could do the job in one day. I didn't believe it and was prepared for two to three days work. On the day, they arrived with two crews and the proper vehicles. They started at 7:30 AM and by 4:30 PM, everything was done and cleaned up. I couldn't believe it. They do a terrific job, and as a Realtor, I have been referring them. I've dealt with a lot of roofing companies in 20 years, and they're the best that I've run into. I thought that they were very thorough and very professional. "Easy to contact during bidding process, very modern quoting process using drones and AI to give rough estimates that were pretty close to the real estimate, we had good discussions about pros and cons of different options/colors. They had a good price compared to other roofing companies. Once the project was underway, the communication was a bit sparse though and somewhat disjointed between the owner, foreman and office manager, but overall, they did a good job.
