They come out every 6 months for maintenance, and I've been very pleased. What I liked best was probably the crew that came out to do the installation for the heater and AC. They had an excellent sense of humor, they enjoyed their work, and they were out there teasing each other, just very friendly, very energetic, and team-oriented.
