He's very flexible, asks questions about what I want and provides excellent suggestions. He is my trusted advisor. Their concern for me and my home, during the second job, one worker noticed a water leak at my main valve. He let me know immediately and I contacted Angel, the owner. Angel himself came out soon after and fixed the leak himself. He asked me how I wanted it taken care of and I told him to fix it as if it was his own. He did a great job, came at a moments notice and took care of it before it became an issue for my family. He gave me a reasonable price afterwards and asked if it was okay. "I would tell them you're going to get a quality product for a reasonable price. It's more expensive than a general contractor, but you're going to get the quality behind the company. That's what I wanted. I wanted a few things, one is quality, one is a fair price, and the last thing is for them to show up when they said they will and work within the time frame they give and they definitely did that. I like that one of the owners is always on the project, and you can tell they train and use their own people and not subcontractors. As a single woman that means a lot to me.
