To sum it up, they think like a homeowner and they see it through the homeowner's eyes. They take a very forensic look and a very thoughtful look at the whole picture. It feels like they are doing it as a friend. They are collaborative and they treat it like it is their own home. I would empty my bank account to have them come out to my house. They have compassion and care and you don't get that any more these days. It feels like a friend who is an expert in their field.
