"We had the best experience ever. We were at our house and we had a rental property and the people renting it turned it into a farm and just completely destroyed it, so the city came and condemned it. We needed to get it fixed but I was leaving for India in 2 weeks and staying for a month. Cardinal Construction did everything and I didn't have to pay them a single penny, they said just go and that they would handle it and they would send pictures of the progress. Even after that we needed some help and they just came out. I'm really happy with their service, I just called to ask a question and they answered right away. They're very nice people. One thing I always liked that they weren't concerned about getting the money, they were more concerned about doing the work and they trusted me to get them the money. We had a bunch of things happen and going on in our family at this time and they did everything for us without me having to do anything. They took care of everything and weren't worried about getting paid. His wife Maria is also very nice and sweet. She runs the office. They never pushed anything, and they just took care of everything. The big thing is that I found them very trustworthy. They really went above and beyond with us. " -Rashmi P.
