"The work that we had done was a combination of experimental work concerning dry rot between our sliding glass door and the frame. This included involving buying a storm door that had to be changed, and not fault of anybody necessarily, but the measurements of the door may have changed sometime doing the process. When faced with a visual gap between the storm door and the frame, we had to call the manufacturer. Matthew did his job as requested, but the process was arduous. He was the only person available.
