Q: Do you offer mobile auto glass repair? A: Yes, we offer free mobile auto glass repairs anywhere within Sonoma County. A lot of people can’t get away from work during business hours, so they really appreciate that we’re able to come to them. Q: Do you offer auto detailing packages? A: Yes. We create detailing packages based on our customers’ budgets and desires. A full detail is about a four-hour process, and that’s always done at our facility, but if someone doesn’t want a full detail, we can skip the carpet steam cleaning and just do an interior wipe down. We customize our services based on what works best for the customer. Q: Can I combine services? A: Definitely. If you want detailing and glass repair, we can do the glass work first and take care of the detailing afterward. Q: Will you accept my insurance? A: We work with all major insurance companies and take care of all the paperwork. The only thing you’re responsible for is the deductible. Q: Can you provide same-day service? A: Yes, we can usually do both glass and detailing work the same day a customer calls.
