"I think they were very reliable. They did an emergency repair which held things for a few months until they were able to do the actual repair. They finished and cleaned up in more than a timely fashion. Everything was good and I am happy. The owner was very nice and very accessible and he returned my calls." - Debbie H.

"I am a real estate agent, and I have already recommended Abril Roofing to clients and other agents. Unfortunately, roofers in general don't have the best reputation and a lot of them are there today and gone tomorrow. Getting roofers to come back and fix something can be really difficult, because they just disappear. Abril Roofing have been around a long time, and they are really tops. I felt like they were ethical. They explained everything in very specific detail, and they gave us pages and pages with lists of satisfied customers and their phones numbers so we could call and get recommendations. My husband did do that, and it was very helpful. We didn't have to chase down references. It was really nice." - Holly L.

"Basically, whatever they tell you they're going to do, they actually do. I have a rather large home on a hillside. They told me they could do the job in one day. I didn't believe it and was prepared for two to three days work. On the day, they arrived with two crews and the proper vehicles. They started at 7:30 AM and by 4:30 PM, everything was done and cleaned up. I couldn't believe it. They do a terrific job, and as a Realtor, I have been referring them. I've dealt with a lot of roofing companies in 20 years, and they're the best that I've run into. I thought that they were very thorough and very professional. I think their prices are certainly fair, and they get the job done. I was completely pleased. " - Joe F.

Verified Symplify Roofing Inc. Customer, 1 of 54
"I evaluated four other roofers for a job that included two separate houses. We picked Symplify, because they were the only ones that met all of our criteria, one critical thing in particular: they photographed the project from start to finish, so that we could verify for ourselves that the work was on the up and up at all stages. They were specific in the scope of work outlined in the contract and included a buffer to shield against cost overruns. They were the middle bid, so they weren't trying to lowball me only to surprise me with work scope expansions later on and they weren't trying to gouge me either. They did everything right with their bid before they even started the work. The work itself appears to be seamless." - Phillip S.
