The husband fixed a furnace a couple of years ago and coaches little league, which is a plus. He stopped on his way home on the weekend and fixed it when no one else would. "The sales person should be more thorough with the contract. Apparently, the outage with our air conditioning was 35 voltage, but our power was only 30 voltage, so our air conditioning would go out due to not getting enough power through.
