"Juan really wanted to make sure that we were happy and everything was done right. There were some issues, but not major issues. One worker disappeared and didn't come in, so he came the next day and got some other people on it. The person who disappeared had some of the materials, so we had to go back to the tile store to get more supplies. I didn't have to. He covered the cost and offered to do it himself. Everything works well and the plumbing is good. We knew what we were purchasing and we had the option to go with his recommendations. He gave us some reasonable places to look if we wanted to upgrade and we did things on the more expensive side, but it was our choice. He was good about answering phone calls when we had questions and he was willing to accommodate us. The workers were prompt and things went mostly as planned." -Judith R.
