They give a written estimate upfront, so that you know ahead of time what they are working on and what it will cost. They have so many customers that they should probably get a bigger shop. It is a one-stop place. I like their honesty. I like the individual mechanics. When you talk to them, you develop a good working relationship with them. They bend over backwards to help you.
