My name is Sondra McDaniel, and I am the owner of Mr. Rooter's Plumbing in Snohomish County. We perform all types of work related to gas, water, sewer, and drain lines for customers. We replace faucets, install water heaters, and even do leach field work. Any work above or below ground. At Mr. Rooters, we work hard to educate our team on more than just the technical aspects. We provide weekly training, and we also teach our team how to take care of our customers. Because if we can solve the customer’s problem, it becomes easier for us to do the rest of the plumbing work. No customer wants to wake up in the morning and call a plumber. So, when they contact us, it usually means something bad has happened, something that was unexpected. Therefore, our first task is to resolve the customer's problem. Let us help you. We want to make sure that while you're going through this, you feel less stressed than you did before. We first welcome you warmly and tell you, “Look, this plumbing problem of yours is now our problem.” You can move forward in your life. Why you should choose Mr. Rooters over any other competitor is because our business is woman-owned and family-operated. We are truly your neighbors in your community. One of the awards I am most proud of is the Best Place to Work in the North Bay award, which we have won 18 times. This award is voted for by our employees and reflects our work culture. If we take care of our team, our team will take care of our customers. We pride ourselves on our weekly meetings and adherence to a code of values that inspires us to work with respect, integrity, and customer focus, while also having fun while working, because plumbing is dirty work. Therefore, we should also have some fun in the process. I have had the privilege of owning and operating a Mr. Rooters in Sonoma County for over 30 years. The most exciting thing for me is how much of our family is involved in this business. Not only do my daughters work in this business, but our senior managers have also included their sons in this work, and my office manager has also employed his son here. It reflects the culture of our organization when family members themselves bring their relatives to work here. We have brothers, we have cousins. And this is very impressive to me. We are deeply connected to community and family. And actually, last year we launched the Rooted in Community campaign. So, we take each month of the year and do something specific as a team based on the theme. For example, in April, we do Earth Cleanups and Beach Cleanups, and on Thanksgiving, we donate water heaters and help provide food to those in need. We take caring for our community very seriously because we’ve been here for 30 years, and I’m glad we have the legacy to continue that for another 30 years. We look forward to you becoming our customer. Visit misterrooter.com for more information, and we look forward to serving you.
