I'm Mark Gay. I am the lead guy of the Mark Gay team. We're real estate agents. We work for Coldwell Banker Realty in Berkeley. We help buyers and sellers transact real estate, predominantly residential. First of all, I've been at this actively 100 percent for 34 years, so I've seen the ups and downs of the market. I think that's very important to have that legacy behind you to help people with making the right decisions when it comes to buying and selling real estate. I've reached President Elite status at Coldwell Banker, which is one of the top sales in numbers that you can achieve. I've always been in the top five percent of agents in the market, and it's because I'm educating myself constantly, updating myself about the market, and understanding what it takes to get things done. At that time, Mo Ali Akbar is a new member of the team. I'm on the Mark Gay team. My responsibilities are open houses, broker open houses that we have. I also represent buyers on the Mark Gay team. Most recently, we had a client who was in the process of moving out, and he needed to find a home fairly quickly. We were very successful in finding him a home in Pleasant Hill. We set him up with our loan officer that we normally work with, and a very successful transaction. I find clients being more concerned about the unknown. Will I be able to buy a house? Will I be able to sell this house for the right price? Am I going to get all this taken care of in a timely fashion so I can get what I need to get to in the time I need to get to and at the price that I need to get to? So it's the unknown that I have to help them through, through experience again and my knowledge. If you're in the Berkeley area, I work Oakland, El Cerrito, Richmond, and the surrounding area. I sure would like the opportunity to interview for the job so you can get what you want and in the time you want, and won't that be great? Thank you.
