[Music] Um so helpful expertise uh means for me uh to make sure that I'm bringing forward all the information appropriate to uh my clients for them to make a very uh educated decision on what their uh goals are whether um to sell a house now or later whatever um and bringing forth uh a team of people that can help service that need.
