I have about 10 technicians, and every single one has a different gift. And um, I assign them for different problems. Um, we do have Alex and Merwin; their specialty is diagnostic computers. Um, also, I have Andre; he's really good on performance. Um, and his skill is really high on the older cars, but also he takes care of the regular maintenance on the cars. And then he's right now doing a timing change on the Land Rover. Um, I have my brother Tino; he's really good on BMWs. I mean, it's a point. We assign each car for a different technician because they're good at it. They don't have to think about it; they just do it. When you need repairs, maintenance on your car, I, you, you bring it to Fremont Foreign Auto because we'll take care of you, okay? Based on you, we treat the customers like a family, which is very important these days. Just briefly, one time someone told me 24 years ago because he saw me spend time with the customer, interacting with you guys.
