Hi, I'm Eduardo Pora from Fremont Foreign Auto here in Fremont, California. Here in Fremont Foreign Auto, the services we offer for our customers are maintenance. It's very important, okay? Repairs, breaking down, computer diagnostic, air conditioning repairs, anything your car needs, we will help you. We service all automakers, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes, the German in general, but also we take care of the Hondas, Toyotas, the Japanese in general, American cars as well. Diagnostics Fremont Foreign Auto started about 58 years ago. I worked here for 5 years, and 24 years ago I bought the place. For me, it was the best decision I ever made. From one door, now we are eight double doors, and we have 13 lifts. I have about 14 employees, and I wake up every morning very happy to come to work. Recently, we had a customer very happy with our service because he went to the dealer, and the dealer wanted to sell him a motor and replacement on the engine, and it ended up to be a PCV valve because it was an oil consumption issue. We replaced this PCV valve on a German car, as we call the oil separator, that resolved it, fixed the oil consumption, and he's a very happy customer here at Fremont Foreign Auto. I have about 10 technicians, and every single one has a different gift, and I assign them for different problems. We do have Alex and Merwin; their specialty is diagnostic computers. Also, I have Andre; he's really good on performance, and his skill is really high on the older cars, but also he takes care of the regular maintenance on the cars. Right now, he's doing a timing change on a Land Rover. I have my brother Tino; he's really good on BMWs. I mean, the point is we assign each car to a different technician because they're good at it. They don't have to think about it; they just do it. When you need repairs or maintenance on your car, you bring it to Fremont Foreign Auto because we'll take care of you, okay? Based on you, we treat the customers like family, which is very important these days. Just briefly, one time someone told me 24 years ago, because he saw me spend time with the customer, interacting with you guys, he told me, "Your business will not succeed because you spend too much time with your customer." And there we go, from 115 customers on a database, I have more than 5,000. That says it all. I mean, I do like to spend time with you, and I spend why. Also, after your car is maintained or repaired, we always save the old parts and show them to you. You will learn what is necessary to replace or maintain your car.
