[Music] [Music] hi I'm Eduardo pora from Freemont foreign AO here in Fremont California here in Fremont forign AO the services we offer for our customers it's a maintenance it's very important okay repairs breaking down computer diagnostic air conditioning repairs um anything your car needs it will help you we service all auto makeer including the Audi BMW Mercedes the German in general but also we take care of the Hondas Toyotas the Japanese in general American cars as well Diagnostics Fremont foral start about 58 years ago I work here for 5 years and 24 years ago I bought the place for my xbs was the best decision I ever made um from uh one door now we are eight double doors and we have a 13 lifts and I have um about 14 uh employees and I wake up every morning very happy to come to work recently we had a customer uh very happy with our service because he went to the dealer and the dealer wants to sell him a motor and replacement on the engine and end up to be a PCV valve because was a oil consumption uh we replaced this PVC valve on a Germany car as we call the oil separator that will resolve it fixed the oil consumption and he's a very happy customer here at fromont forado I have U about 10 technicians and every single one it has a a a different gift and um I assigned them for different problems um we do have um Alex and Merwin they specialty and diagnostic computers um also I have a Andre uh he's really good on performance um and his skill is really high on the uh older cars um but also he take care of the the regular maintenance on the cars and then he's right now doing a timing change on the Land Rover um I have my brother Tino um he's really good on BMWs I mean it's a the point is we assign each car for a different technician um because they're good at it they don't have to think about it they just do it when you needed repairs maintenance on your car I you you bring it to free for an auto because we'll take care of you okay uh based on U we treat the customers like a family uh which is very important these days um just a briefly uh one time someone told me 24 years ago because he saw me spend time with the customer interacting with you guys he told me says your business will not succeed because you spend too much time with your customer and there we go from 115 customers on a database I have a more than 5,000 that says all I mean I do like to spend time with you expended why and also after your car is being maintain or repair we always save the old parts and I'll show to you you will learn what it's inail to replace or maintain your car [Music]
