"They were on time with deadlines and very clear and descriptive about the scope of work they were doing on the property. They paid close attention to detail, and I thought the most important thing, since you hear a lot of horror stories about contractors, is that they were on time and they got it done when they said they would. The pricing was fair, and the workmanship was very good. I also found after completion that if I wanted something touched up or had a little issue, they were very quick to come out and make the change or fix whatever it was. It's easy to contact someone. I had no issues at all. I really like them. They were able to deliver what it is that I wanted. They were very quick with sending photos of ideas and concepts that I might like to make sure we were on the same page design-wise. They were very accommodating, and there was never any argument. There were little things like maybe I wanted the crown molding painted with a little higher gloss than the original, and they completed it with no complaints. They were detail oriented, and we all stayed on the same page throughout the entire process. I felt as far as contractors go, they're beyond other contractors I've dealt with before.
