"I would tell them you're going to get a quality product for a reasonable price. It's more expensive than a general contractor, but you're going to get the quality behind the company. That's what I wanted. I wanted a few things, one is quality, one is a fair price, and the last thing is for them to show up when they said they will and work within the time frame they give and they definitely did that. I like that one of the owners is always on the project, and you can tell they train and use their own people and not subcontractors. As a single woman that means a lot to me. They were very professional and it actually surprised me how communicative they were. That communication was really helpful for me, because I was an hour and forty minutes away from the property for most of the process, as it is a rental house. They were excellent with keeping me informed and would let me know what was going on or if I had any questions. I had no trouble getting in touch with them. Angel himself came out soon after and fixed the leak himself. He asked me how I wanted it taken care of and I told him to fix it as if it was his own. He did a great job, came at a moments notice and took care of it before it became an issue for my family. He gave me a reasonable price afterwards and asked if it was okay.
