Proper seal coat maintenance. Make sure after you install your new driveway, that you wait six months to a year to put the seal coat in. What that's gonna do, that's gonna preserve all the fines and the rock on top to allow you to reach the lifespan of the material. So make sure you're maintenancing every two years with one coat, or if you do two coats, every four years.
