Make sure if it's on soil, they're removing the soil and putting the proper base underneath, and make sure they're giving the proper compaction. That's gonna lead to a longer lasting product. And then when they come in and pave the surface, make sure your surface is compacted properly and the material is installed at the right temperature. If not, the material doesn't reach its full lifespan and you essentially wasted your money.
