[Music] Hi, my name is Elan Sigura, and I'm the owner of Sigura Construction. We are located in San Jose. My company holds three different licenses: B General construction, C-54, and C35. The products and services that we offer are design-build for Home Remodeling, Edition, and new construction. We will do the plans, form design, layout, interior finishes, Peck out engineering, Title 24, obtaining permits, and execution. We're doing a One-Stop shop, and we can take care of everything for our clients. In addition to that, we do design for pools and backyards. We execute those as well. I started my company in 2001, doing the job with these two hands. I did all the drywall, Electrical, Plumbing, Foundation, framing, roofing, etc. Within 5 years, I had already many employees and I started doing a few projects simultaneously. Today in 2025, we are doing 10 to 20 projects simultaneously. In each project, I have a project manager full-time onsite supervising the job. I have a production manager at a company that coordinates between all supervisors, and I myself come and check the jobs and see that the quality is number one. So, there are many aspects that we can help clients with issues on projects. Number one, I'm sitting on the city Commission of the Planning Commission of Sanibel, and I'm very well aware of how the City Works from the inside. So whenever we have to deal with paperwork, I know how to approach it much better than many other contractors, 'cause I know how the City Works and how all the m are working because they're complying with California laws. Number two, when it comes to being creative, we recently finished a huge job in Sunel which was a complete REM model of 3500 square feet pool backyard, etc., and we had to get rid of two walls that holding a second-story room, and after thinking about it again and again of how to eliminate those walls, I came up with an idea of actually making the beam in the top of the roof wider and bigger and to create a still structure that actually being hung from that particular beam and holding the entire Second Story in the air. We did the same thing also on another project in Redwood City. The design was my design, and I came up with the idea of actually how to save the client money and to do it faster and better with the fast approval of the city.
