My name is Yu Ruiz. I own Redwood Residential Fence Company. We build fences for people all throughout Sonoma County. We go into Marin County, Napa County, Lake County, and Mio County on a limited basis. But we build fences all over Sonoma County. Having the background of having worked in the lumber industry gives me a tremendous benefit because I know how the lumber is logged and produced at the soil. I know the grades. I know a lot of people in the lumber industry as well. So I get very good sourcing on lumber. I get good prices. And I know what's available in the marketplace. And that really gives me an edge. The guys that are employed by us have a really great attitude. They are very happy to have a really good job. I believe that the customers see that in them. They appreciate that without knowing. They appreciate that we treat our employees very well because they have a really good job. They have a really good relationship with our customers. Yeah, when I do my estimates on my little car, it gets a great, it gets a really positive response from the people who I'm doing the estimates for. One customer to whom I did an estimate last week in Petaluma told me that it felt good doing business with someone who takes good care of their car. They're glad to do business with somebody who has such a nice little car.
