[music] Hi, my name is Valerie, and I am the head of the design department at Ivy League Construction. The services that we offer to our clients is a full line of home improvement. So, we take any project from a design imagination into completion. We tackle any size project from a handyman job to a full-size renovations of kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decking, anything that you can imagine. Um, so we offer all of our clients a high-quality service for an average market price, is how we like to say it. We're definitely not the cheapest, but you don't want the cheapest. But we're the best for the most reasonable price. So, what makes us unique is our attention to detail, the personal attention on every project. You'll have a dedicated project manager that stops by your site every day. Um, we provide a white glove level service. So, we want to be involved in the project. We don't just bring subcontractors and crews and leave them there and not manage everything that's happening. And one of our biggest things that we aim for is that every construction site is always clean and well-maintained. So a lot of times when there's projects that only take up a certain part of the house, the dust and everything travels. We'll do everything in our power to make sure that you experience a clean house that isn't affected by the project. Um, and we aim to be the most reliable and attentive contractors that you've ever worked with. Between the two owners of our company who are dedicated project managers, there is over 40 years of combined construction experience. We're a licensed construction company with engineering education and background. And so we bring a unique combination of theoretical and practical knowledge. We find that our customers are fearful of two main things. The first thing that they fear is what they don't know about construction. They're worried that they'll have to micromanage every aspect of a project and make sure that no details are missed. [music] We pride ourselves on being extremely detail-oriented and have very knowledgeable crews who know how to complete a job up to our standards. To alleviate those fears, we rely on our expertise and anecdotal evidence and will leave no customer question unanswered until they feel satisfied. Customers also worry about untrustworthy and unreliable contractors who won't finish the job. We will not wrap a project until we know our customers are 100% satisfied and we will communicate all scheduling. So there's we are a small company founded in 2006 who started exclusively in deck building and expanded fairly quickly into work on many interior projects. [music] The two current owners of the company have been working together since the start and continue to oversee and manage every single project. We had a client who wanted to work with us based on our previous experience for others but insisted we become a fully incorporated and licensed business in 2006. So he helped us with the process and we have since completed 11 projects for him in the past 19 years. As we continued growing and expanding and taking on more projects, we now have two full-time interior remodeling crews that keep our projects timely and on track. We also have established a trustworthy network of subcontractors who specialize in many fields, including HVAC, hardscaping, electric, plumbing, and tile installation that prioritize working with us and our customers to guarantee a well-completed project.
