[music] >> Hi, I'm Bill Gibson with Engineered Soil Repairs. I'm one of the founders, president, [music] and principal engineer. We are a design-build construction company. We have five other engineers on staff. We perform [music] design-build construction projects um soil-related. So, anything that deals with soils, [music] mostly residential, some commercial work. So, we'll do foundation repairs, [music] landslide repairs, large engineered retaining walls, creek bank failures, and drainage systems. As I stated before, we are a design-build [music] construction company, which means we have engineers on staff, draftspersons, um that go out and look at the projects, decide what's going on with the property, and we design a solution [music] for that particular problem. Other foundation repair contractors [music] in the Bay Area are just contractors. They don't have engineers on staff um and [music] usually selling a particular product, and one size doesn't fit all. So, you can't use one foundation repair throughout the Bay Area. We have [music] different soil conditions. We have highly expansive soil conditions, and that has to be addressed in the repair. I think the special thing about Engineered Soil Repairs is we do have engineers on staff, a full draft team, and we do 95% [music] of our own work. So, we do not sub a bunch of work out. So, it's a one-shot-fits-all. We have all the equipment, manpower [music] to finish the project from start to finish.
