My name is Dylan Evans. I'm the president of Dream Build Services. We are a construction company based in the uh San Francisco Bay area. We do major remodels. We also do smaller projects all the way from small kitchen remodels and bathrooms all the way up to major remodels, full house remodels, including home additions, ADUs, as well as new construction. You know, a lot of times I get questions from homeowners, why should we choose you or what makes you different from all the competitors that you have? My best answer to that is going to be, you definitely want to have somebody that you're going to trust. And we've built a reputation in the industry that we can trust. You know, whenever you have a question, we give you honest feedback and we don't hide anything. So, we're not going to get hit with hidden fees. We're very clear from the start exactly what is included and what is not included. That way, you know what it's going to look like from the beginning. So we we'll even do 3D renderings, drawings so that you can see what the final product is going to look like before we even pull out our hammers. At Dream Build Services, we have quite a lot of people on our team. So we have quite a bit of experience in different areas of construction. The good thing about our team is if one person doesn't know anything, there's always somebody on the team we can go back to. You know, every time a new code comes out, we're always studying on it and we go through it with the team to make sure everybody understands. That way we can always make sure that we're keeping the quality up and keeping everybody together as a cohesive team. Most of the time customers tell us that their biggest pain point or their issue is they've worked with the contractor or they have heard stories where they're worried about the cost doubling or just going up, you know, throughout the process. We don't ever have that issue because we always go through the scope of work. We make sure that the customer understands everything that's included and we make sure we tell them what could happen or what could not happen. That way there's no unexpected hurdles that in the middle of construction that um you know that come up and nobody's expecting it. In that way we always make sure that we're very straightforward with our customers and uh open and honest communication always. So the motto of our company is you dream we build. That's really what we go by because a lot of the time when people are even thinking about any project, they're dreaming of what it's going to be in their head. And we that's what we really strive for is to be able to bring that to reality. And that's really what the motto of our company is about. You dream, we build. And we're partners in this. You dream it, we're going to put it together and help you create it.
