Um, well, we, we take multiple precautions both for the client's safety and then our own safety, right? So, a lot of the time we're working in a homeowner's house when they're still living there. Um, let's say we're doing the kitchen, you know, obviously we want to make sure that we keep a good workflow so everything's cleaned up. Um, so we, we make sure we cover the floors, make sure there's no slippery surfaces, you know, if we get any dust on the floor, we'll sweep that up. At the end of the day, um, you know, we do a good once over cleanup. That way, you know, the homeowner isn't going to have any sort of safety issues that inside their own home, which is, you know, I would think that'd be the last thing that they would want. Yeah, I mean, actually when I was younger, um, I grew up with my grandparents. They had a construction company, remodeling, new construction. Pretty much all the same stuff that we do. Um, but yeah, I mean, I grew up around tools and, you know, just kind of that environment, building, you know, learning how to saw things. I mean, when I was, uh, 14 years old, I was using a wet saw to cut, cut bricks. Um, so anyways, yeah, I mean, eventually, you know, I was old enough, you know, I graduated high school, decided to get into the trades. And, you know, through that I got my experience working with other companies, kind of learned, you know, the right ways to do things and also the wrong way to do things. Um, that's, that's one, one way, you know, the reason why I went once I had enough experience, I, uh, decided to go ahead and get my license and start my own company. That way I could, uh, you know, ultimately grow and do the things that I love and take care, take care of people. Um, well, ultimately I've, you know, I've always wanted to be a business owner. Um, you know, I can say, you know, even, you know, before, you know, I even had my first job, I always wanted to be a business owner. But, um, you know, the big thing is, you know, I would say that it's, it's, you know, safety and security for me and my family. Um, and then another one is just being able to, you know, bring my thoughts and ideas, um, into the marketplace in order to be able to help other people. Um, you know, I maybe a little bit of a perfectionist, but you know, when I see something that is, uh, you know, my maybe not being, being done right or it can be done better. Um, you know, I like to be able to, you know, see what I can do in order to, you know, improve, uh, the industry. Uh, you know, I think, you know, when I first started off, I, you know, I really enjoyed working with my hands, but I think, you know, now the, the thing that I really enjoy to do the most is actually working with the people. Um, you know, as much as I love actually physically building everything, I love working with people and actually working with them to, you know, put some ideas together and put their ideas with my ideas, you know, design their project and ultimately be able to, you know, make them happy at the end of the project. Um, you know, there's nothing like a customer that's so happy they want to tell all their friends and family once their project is completed, you know? So, I guess that's a big part of why we have really good reviews. Uh, well, I, I guess there's, there's, it's kind of a process, I suppose, but, um, you know, a couple of things that we do in order to ensure quality is, you know, we ask questions, uh, from the homeowner or whoever's, uh, you know, managing the, the project with us is, uh, you know, what is it that you want? What kind of quality do you want? Because obviously there's different, there's different build qualities with different price points. Um, so that kind of starts from the beginning is, you know, figuring out what it is that, uh, they expect. And throughout the process we do have daily logs. Uh, we, we do, uh, daily inspections to make sure that everything is going as the homeowner wants it. Um, so and also we do, you know, quite a bit of training with the employees every time there's any sort of, uh, new regulations or codes or procedures, uh, we make sure that the whole team gets together and we train on it so that everybody's on the same page and we can keep the consistency of quality, uh, throughout everybody that works with the company. Well, I think, you know, the number one thing if you're considering anything that's, you know, a major project or even just, you know, a bathroom or kitchen remodel, is, uh, you know, make sure whoever you're working with is, uh, licensed. Um, and that's very easy. You can just ask that person for a license. You can go on the CSLB website and look up their information. You know, license, insurance, contractor's bond, you know, worker's comp, you know, and, uh, unless it's only one person, you want to make sure whoever's at your home, they get hurt, they don't potentially have any sort of liabilities come back on you. So, I think those are the probably the, the big things and, um, you know, a lot of people, you know, ask, you know, what's the timeline so that's, that's dependent on each project, but, um, yeah, I think the most thing is make sure whoever you're working with is actually qualified to, to do the work.
