Hello, my name is Yaffeine Skomarovski. I'm the owner of Classic Shades Painting. Well, our company does all types of projects, small and big. It could be just a simple repainting of the room, or it could be a complete repainting of a house or a bigger structure. I personally touch every project, and I want to. I just, I, you know, it thrills me to see a client happy. You know, it also thrills me, just, you know, to get the feedback from a client that is telling me, "Listen, if you guys look to the other day, you know, the other day, you know, the guy I call the client and I said, 'I am absolutely thrilled with your crew.' Well, that just made me feel great, you know, and so that's kind of part of part of what I do. You know, I've been in business for a long time, over 35 years, and I know I could put on a job. I don't have to worry about whether or not it's going to be a quality job. I know it's going to be a quality job. I serve it every job after every job is done. We send out a survey. I personally contact people. The while job's going on, my question is really simple: How's it going? Is there anything out there we could do to make your life easier while we're there? And so, you know, that's the feedback that I can. These guys are great. I got a compliment which is kind of thrilled. He said, "What, two weeks ago, as you were painting this house, I thought this would be a disaster. But now that we are done, it looks. These are the colors I would have never thought of using, but I could totally see that this works." Well, that's that just gives me a thrill. I make it a point that the work is done properly, that the client is treated well, you know, between it in the same way that I would have liked to be treated myself, and that the work that we do will last for years to come.
