[Music] hi I'm Carlos owner of Carlos pools and Landscape here in Contra Costa County we designed and build complete backyards including Swimming Pools Spas hardscapes such as papers concrete waterfalls outdoor kitchens fire pits synthetic lungs retaining walls as well as soft scaves such as trees plants IR ration landscape lighting Etc our team is formed with a well skilled crew members with many years of experience every job that we do for example on a swimming pool we count with about five different Crews each crew has their own skills we have a crew specified just for the excavation another crew for the steel and the plumbing there's another crew that just does the all the masonry work which is all the tile the coping the waterfalls everything around the swimming pool as well we have a Hardscape crew that takes care of all the papers and the concrete around the pool Carlos pson landscape was founded in April 1995 that's when I started my own business I was 20 years old when I started it back when I started to work on swimming pools I was working as a subcontractor I got questions from clients always saying about the poor communication from actually pool contractor that's something that I actually stick in my mind that I know that I can do better to be able to communicate with my clients and that actually U helped me out to be able to go through and uh create this company now comun communication is the most important part of our team and actually communicated with our clients it's the number one we recently completed a job it's a uh complete project with a pool in the spa heartscape uh barbecue island we just finished on time it was good experience with the client the client was super happy about the job he started referring the neighbors and friends around the neighbor as a local familyowned company we provide an extended services and quality making the process seamless from start to finish we are extremely competitive and provide with the latest technology in the process of our construction we have hundreds of satisfied customers over the last several decades here at Carlos pools and landcape we improve our client's lifestyle providing with a great results good people easy to work with
