Hi, I'm Jeff Cho. I'm with Automobile Collision Center. I'm the general manager here. Basically, from point A to point B, we try to make it so that you know we can guarantee our work lifetime as long as they own the vehicle. We use PPG paint, waterborne based paint, which is very eco-friendly. We have a computerized frame straightening system. We have a computerized color matching system, and we're one of the very few shops that actually use a computerized color matching system based with PL of camera. All our technicians are IAR certified. They're ASC certified as well, and they're actually certified in the specific products that we use. We have a very nice lobby, and you know we hope that our customers enjoy our lobby. We have WII access for our customers. We have an on-site computer that they actually can use if they have to check their claims. We have cable TV. Overall, it's a good experience we try to give and recreate a nice experience overall so that you know the customer leaves happy. We're located on a 2-acre lot. We have security cameras, basically, you know, surveillance running 24 hours a day. We have three locations that are strategically placed in the Bay Area, and you know, making it convenient for the customer to choose one of our shops, whether it be in Hayward, New York, or Mountain View across the bay. You know you have a shop that you can go to at all times. We have an on-site Enterprise, and we can actually drop off and pick up your cars here without the hassle of being picked up or waiting in a lobby at another shop. You can actually do everything so we try to make it convenient for the customer once again so that we're a One-Stop shop.
