[Music] Hi, I'm Jeff Cho. I'm with Automobile Collision Center. I'm the general manager here. Basically, from point A to point B, we try to make it so that, you know, we can guarantee our work lifetime as long as they own the vehicle. We use uh PPG paint, waterborne based paint uh which is very eco-friendly. We have a computerized frame uh straightening system. We have a computerized color matching system and we're one of the very few shops that actually use a computerized uh color matching system based with the planet camera. All our technicians are IICAR certified. They're ASSE certified as well and they're actually certified in the specific uh products that we use. We have a very nice lobby and you know we hope that our customers enjoy our lobby. We have uh Wi-Fi access for our customers. We have an on-site computer that they actually can use if they have to check their claims. Uh we have cable TV. Overall, it's a good experience. We try to give and recreate a nice experience overall. Uh so that, you know, the customer leaves happy. So we're located on a 2acre lot. We have uh security cameras basically uh you know surveillancing 24 hours a day. We have three locations that are strategically placed in the Bay Area. Um, and you know, making it convenient for the customer to choose one of our shops. Um, you know, whether it be in uh Hayward, Newark, or Mountain View across the bay, you know, you have a shop that you can go at at all times. We have an on-site enterprise and you can actually uh drop off and pick up your cars here um without the hassle of being picked up or waiting in in a lobby at another shop. You can actually do everything. So, we try to make it convenient for the customer once again, so that uh we're a one-stop shop.
