[Music] I am Chad Wro, and I'm in operations at Arts Heating and Cooling. Arts Heating and Cooling is involved in HVAC repairs, maintenance, and replacement throughout the Bay Area and into the Central Valley of California. We've been doing that work since 2012 when we were established. We operate inside of a service-related industry. We happen to be doing HVAC repairs, replacement, and maintenance for our customers. But that being said, as a service company, we take our customer feedback incredibly seriously, and we're very prideful in the fact that we are a five-star organization across all platforms, and we try to apply that to every job that we do every day. You couple that with the fact that we have a fix-it-first mentality. As an organization, we try to best suit our customers' needs by finding the lowest cost option to ultimately get their home comfortable. Again, we have flexible financing and, frankly, we have people that are local to the communities that are out there performing the work. Look, we are under no false assumptions that the decision to replace an air conditioner or ultimately get it repaired is a big one inside of every household. That being said, we hire only the best inside of their respective positions inside the organization. Our technicians are trained from the start, and they have an ongoing training program while they are employed at Art Heating and Cooling so that we could ultimately offer the best services to our customers. You couple that with the fact that our reviews are overwhelmingly positive from all of our customers, and we try to take that perspective into every job that we do, and that really stems from some of our core values of integrity, respect, and accountability that we hold all of our team to. In addition to the necessary licenses that are required to operate a business inside of this field, we're happy to report that we also have additional trainings that all of our technicians go through. The training is relatively rigorous. As you can see, we're shooting inside of our classroom located up here in Pleasanton. And the reason for that is because we take being at the cutting edge of the industry very seriously. We have EPA certifications for our technicians, NATE certifications, and we recently participated in the best of the Central Valley, which we were a finalist for inside of our respective industry. On one of our more recent visits, we were called out for a second opinion on a major repair and replacement for one of our residential customers. When we went out there, we were discovered that the customer was quoted on a replacement of a full system. And upon arrival, our technician was able to properly diagnose the unit and be able to resolve the problem without an expensive replacement bill. We thrive on these experiences where we're able to bring your old furnace or air conditioner back to life through our expert knowledge and skills of repair and maintenance of HVAC units. Before you make an investment with any company, I think that the best decision you can make is an informed one. Make sure that you have a company that fully aligns with their values and with their customers. Make sure that they have the customer's best intention at heart in everything they do. Our mission is people helping people, and it's that simple. It's simple because it's direct, and it's something that we can live in everything we do every single day. It's craftsmanship powered by people.
