Helpful [music] expertise to myself and the team here at Arts really means being able to clearly and easily explain any complex topic or situation so that anybody that's listening can understand it clearly. This really really has to shine through when we're speaking to homeowners that may not understand what components make up their HVAC unit, what they all do, so that when we can review diagnostic information or provide recommendations to the homeowner, they have a clear understanding of what it is that we're recommending and why. This is also important so that the homeowner feels comfortable and confident in the services that they're receiving from our team. In a previous life, I was an account manager for a digital marketing agency and I exclusively worked with home service companies ranging from 2 million to about $70 million of annual revenue. I quickly fell in love with the digital side of marketing, looking at the metrics and being able to tell the story of success with what we were able to generate. And through networking and relationship building, I was offered an opportunity to come to arts to run their marketing department. And the rest is history. I I love being able to have my hand in all the facets of marketing for arts and bring my digital expertise to our team. The favorite book that I've read over the last few years is an investigative novel written by David Gran. The name of it is Killers of the Flower Moon. It takes place in the late 1800s and the early 1900s. And it's a story about uh the awful murders of a Native American tribe in Oklahoma and how that related to building the FBI and special agents as we know them today. As soon as I opened the book, I couldn't put it down. Highly recommend. It's 10 out of 10. Back when I first started with Arts, I would listen to our phone calls on a regular basis to check for call quality and classify leads as they were coming through. I stumbled on a 9-minute long conversation between our CSR, Selena, and an elderly woman that had previously been a customer of our technician, Erics. She had worked with him in the past and knew that he could provide honest and transparent service so that she knew she wasn't being taken advantage of when we would come to her home. It was a really heartwarming phone call to listen to and really speaks volumes about Eric's level of service and care that he takes with him on every on every visit. The team here isn't just your local HVAC company. We're your neighbors. We live in your community. We're oftentimes dropping children out off at the same schools. So, we keep that in mind when we're speaking with every homeowner that we could be standing in line with you at the grocery store. It makes us bring more pride and integrity to every visit that we're on knowing that we're living in the same community as you. It's not just local expertise for the climates that we live in in both Pleasanton and Fresno, but it's a community and sense of neighborhood that we bring with every visit.
