My name is Khaled Ghazal. I'm the CEO of Art of Comfort. At Art of Comfort, we provide full-service heating and air conditioning solutions for both residential and commercial properties. From repairs, and maintenance to full system installations, our goal is simple: deliver reliable, energy-efficient comfort tailored for each home or building. What sets Art of Comfort apart is how we approach service. We emphasize honesty, transparency, upfront pricing from the get-go, so there's no surprises for any homeowners or businesses, that need help with their HVAC system. We're proud to be diamond certified as, one of our biggest accomplishments, but we've also have our NATE certifications, our EPA certifications, and this year we were actually awarded, in Fresno for being the child-friendly workplace of the year. Our team is built around people who genuinely care about the work and customers they serve. We invest in trainings, processes, and systems in order to make sure that we're doing all our work, correctly and consistently, whether it's a small repair or full installation. The company was founded in, 2012 by David Arthur Garabedian, uh, with a simple mission: to do honest work, treat people right, and deliver comfort, that lasts. Since then, we have grown significantly, but we stayed, very true to our philosophy. It's people helping people. Recently, our lead technician David, visited a homeowner, and she was experiencing an issue where her air conditioner wasn't producing, any cool air. The one thing that tripped us up was it was a manufacturer that we actually don't normally, work with. So, instead of trying to push for an installation or replace, the the whole unit, David was very upfront with the homeowner and explained, "Because we're not a partner of that manufacturer, we may not be the rest the right fit for, moving forward with this repair." This left the impression on the homeowner that we are so honest and upfront and even though she didn't go with us, it resulted in a five-star review of her sharing, her experience with David and our company.
