Since then, we have grown significantly, but we stayed, [music] very true to our philosophy. It's people helping people. >> Recently, our lead technician David, [music] visited a homeowner, and she was experiencing an issue where her air conditioner wasn't producing, [music] any cool air. The one thing that tripped us up was it was a manufacturer that we actually don't normally, [music] work with. So, instead of trying to push for an installation or replace, [music] the the whole unit, David was very upfront with the homeowner and explained, "Because we're not a partner of that manufacturer, we may not be the rest the right fit for, [music] moving forward with this repair." This left the impression on the homeowner that we are so honest and upfront and even though she didn't go with us, it resulted in a five-star review of her sharing, [music] her experience with David and our company. >> If you are deciding between us and, [music] another company, I'll say this.
