Well, the client safety is top priority for us, uh, in residential, commercial or any project. We are very proactive isolating the area of the work. Uh, and we normally have safety meeting every morning and once a week group meeting. And every morning any subcontractor is involved in a project, we have a safety meeting, uh, just to make sure the client is safe, the path is safe to work with dust control. Uh, we also do, uh, sound control in some commercial spaces where they, where they are occupied. So safety is with top priority. We make sure all of our team is, uh, has OSHA certification or follow OSHA safety standard throughout the project. And, uh, we create a barrier between the construction and the proactive living space or occupy the space. So safety is top priority for us. Helpful expertise means knowledge, uh, not to just to complete the job but to bring guidelines to client to client throughout the process with confidence. We make point to listen. We listen carefully for client needs and we present options, solutions, uh, cons and pros, cost estimate, impact on the project, uh, of any, uh, anything that rise during the construction. So the, the, the clear communication and and and flexibility with the project and partnership with the client, uh, makes us a a good helpful expertise with the client. Um, we select good materials and we have expert team to go through the process of the project from A to Z. Explain the client what are they going to face, you know, when they take on a a residential or commercial job. We also emphasize one thing: design smart and build by heart. So we basically when designing something, we taking all the all consideration environment, client's scope of work and we try to design it the way it fits the budget and environment and client needs. Uh, basically I wanted to create a company which has a value, integrity, craftsmanship, clear communication, transparency and trust. And, uh, that was the main thing to move forward creating this company, uh, with my passion architecture converting to construction, uh, hands in hands. I wanted to create a company that had a smooth transition throughout the project, uh, with full transparency and honesty. We use a skilled people, uh, reliable material and hands-on with supervision. Uh, we follow the plans as detailed as possible and we deliver the product per specification of the plan and per specification of the client and we deliver it right on a schedule and on a budget. The quality is number one after safety and delivering the project is like delivering a my own project. So we really put our heart in the project quality regardless of the schedule. If a schedule is tight, we won't let the schedule tight schedule overcome the quality of the work. Uh, one of the most memorable project we did was a commercial project in, uh, Sam. We had a extremely tight schedule and, uh, and that was during the pandemic when, uh, not many trades were available to work on the schedule during the pandemic. However, we were able to overcome that and during a tight schedule we delivered the project, uh, right on the schedule and budget. Uh, even though, uh, there was so many hard during the pandemic, uh, the, the, the, the client was blown away when we basically delivered the project on the on time and the high quality. We combine design inside with construction knowhow. Uh, some company are strong in design or in construction but we bring both on the table. Uh, we that means fierce handout less stress the client a smoother ex execution with co with and more cohesive vision from day one. We also truly care about our client experience not just the end result but honestly and re reliability are part of our culture. Uh, we're proud to say most of our work comes from repeated client, uh, in commercial and residential and we take pride on that. Uh, we basically follow the construction schedule and day-to-day, uh, event and whatever changes coming up if anything we right away notify the client and, uh, transparency honestly and open book, uh, policy is always a big advantage, uh, versus other companies.
