How to ensure quality on the project. A lot of that has to do with training of the people that are actually working on the project. So the way that we do that is, again, every time we have any new codes, anything comes up, we make sure that all the crew is trained on that. We have monthly meetings different topics so that everybody understands how it is that the company wants to ensure quality on every step of the project.

When we start the project, we always take before pictures and, and what and when we do demolition. After that is completed, we always take pictures as well. So the whole time, throughout the process of the project, we take pictures. A lot of the time we do work on homes where the homeowner is not home.

Let's say it's a full house remodel and the homeowner actually wanted to go on vacation for two months while they're working, while we're working on their project. A good thing that we do have systems and processes, we have daily logs. So that means that with these daily logs, the homeowner or whoever owns a property, they can log in every day and they'll see what progress has been done or what progress is going to get done tomorrow.

They'll see pictures, they'll see any questions, comments, or concerns. They could also update those there in case they have any adjustments that they want made. And that process goes on from the beginning of the project to the end of the project, whether it's a two week project or it's a couple month project, or even longer.

That's one way that we, we make sure that we keep the quality up because we're always on top of it. We make sure that every step of the process, everybody is involved with exactly how things are going. And same thing if the project manager is not on site at all times, because maybe they're at a local job site inspecting the quality on that project, they can still see that.

If every project that that project manager is assigned to, they can still see those daily logs and they can make adjustments without having to actually physically be there.
