"Their quality of work was great and I'd be comfortable using them again, but not so comfortable that I would not seek out bids and opinions from other companies as well. We had some issues with them that I don't necessarily blame them for but still need mentioning. When they first came out, they did the inspection to then give us their bid, and we had three other companies do the same as well. We chose them in part because their bid was one of the lowest ones and because they were Diamond Certified. On the day that the work was to begin, they called and said that our beams were a certain distance apart than what they had anticipated and that it would increase the price by $4,000. Then, we basically had to agree to that price in that moment because we had already chose them, agreed to their bid and waited the 9 weeks for them to get started. We didn't have $4,000, but felt like we had no other option, since they waited until the literal day of to tell us. That wasn't great. Once the job was done, it was obvious that they did do a good job. Their quality of the work itself was good. There was one thing they had to come back and fix because they removed a piece of wood and didn't put it back in once the job was done. But, they did come back to take care of it." -Sierra R.
