"He is very prompt, very thorough, and he wants to satisfy his customer. If there is a problem, he comes back to make everything right, even if it is not his fault. I had a defective product, and he kept coming back to do all that he could so that it would work for me. He was just so nice. I got an upgrade replacement. He just did a beautiful job for me each time. I feel comfortable having him in the house, and he is very pleasant. He is very clean.
