I have seen a lot of contractors that know what they're doing, but they are not all easy to work with, and Michael was. I think what I liked best about it was that he was flexible and accommodating. "What I would say if there were concerns or changes needed is that they would address it quickly. While I was at work, the tile was placed in the kitchen. When I came home, I noticed that the stone store gave me the wrong tiles. Today's Kitchen & Bath removed it and worked with the stone store. Additionally, over nine months after my job was complete, my dishwasher was giving codes, so I called Today Kitchen & Bath and they promptly sent someone out to look at the connecting pieces. They go the extra mile for customer service. The ability to easily get in touch with the team, whenever I had a question, it was answered and followed up on.
