To sum it up, they think like a homeowner and they see it through the homeowner's eyes. They take a very forensic look and a very thoughtful look at the whole picture. It feels like they are doing it as a friend. They are collaborative and they treat it like it is their own home. I would empty my bank account to have them come out to my house. They have compassion and care and you don't get that any more these days. It feels like a friend who is an expert in their field. They will not steer you the wrong way and they are not in it for their gain. They will do quality work and their focus is quality work and making their clients happy.
