"Esaul really listened to what we wanted and did what he said he was going to do, which is so rare these days. The people who work for him were pretty good. I'm retired and didn't have to monitor them as much as I have other contractors. They took on a very difficult job during the rainy season and it took them back and forth. Esaul and his brother had to come out several times to do repairs, because of the weather, but they did it and have continued to come out when we've asked them to.
