"They closed down the parts department, so I don't think there is any expertise they could give to people in that regard. The sales department wouldn't be able to do anything in that area. They do have their service department which is great. They are expensive, but they know their stuff, and they stand by their products and work. I bought a refrigerator, and they did a great job by bringing it out and setting it up." -Jack E.
