>> Hey everyone, my name is Ben Shabbat. I'm the owner and the founder of Waves Remodeling California. We are located in Sunnyvale and serving the entire Bay Area. Okay, so what we are specializing is design and build. Take you from hey, I have an idea to all the process of architectural plan, engineering, submission of the permit, material selection, design of the entire project. From there, we're going to go for the permit submission. Then, once the permit is approved and we have all the material selection, pre-construction is done, we're going to get to the phase of starting to build everything you see over here from ground up. We are specializing in new construction, additions, ADUs, kitchen and bathroom, of course, and whatever comes in between. History of the company probably starts from my father, my family, so I grew up in a construction family that led to the whole, like, you know, idea of how to build houses and how to give good customer service. Waves already started in pretty progressive stage because it's not about how many years the company's existed, but how many years of experience there are, >> >> and we have a lot of experience from generation back of building. Waves started about 7 years ago as a small company. We try to keep it as a boutique. We are specializing and working on about three to four full houses ground up every year, and then that's what we are today. So, you must have heard about many stories with your friends that did construction about things go wrong. And in construction, things always going to go wrong. What is important for us is the way that we're going to handle that. So, versus only presenting a problems, is also to come up with solution that how to say going to keep both sides intact, happy, keep the project flow and it's all about vibe between the home owners to us, the service that we providing and try to keep a clean atmosphere in order to make it as a successful project.
