>> Of course, I'm going to speak about each one of the tradesmen that like qualify workmanship. That's essential in order to support all the clients' needs and finish expectations. But if I go to a deeper level than that, I'm probably going to talk about all the pre-construction and design phase, starting from material selection, architectural plan, engineering, a site verification before we even removing any brick from the site, in order to be able to view, um, the finished look before we even starting the project, in order to give the clients a better umbrella coverage for all their needs and stand up to their expectation. Well, that's a funny story. So, my father is a builder as well, and I'm not sure if you remember, but, uh, 20 years ago you had those small Sony Ericssons, uh, phones like started to be smartish phones. Um, that's what he paid me in order to build our, you know, childhood, my childhood house. So, I have a recollection that when I'm 12, I'm actually hiding on the ground in septic tanks just to, you know, to get some break from all the work. But, uh, I pretty much grew up into the profession and grew up to love it. I'm probably going to say create a change, impact people life in my own way, with my own vision, with my own beliefs, my family beliefs, my wife beliefs, my father beliefs. We, we're looking at ways remodeling like a branch of my father company and legacy that he started in Israel. Obviously, this one is belong to my wife and I, but there is still a lot of like similarities between both companies agendas and the way that we approach this entire world. Hm. >> [snorts] >> What I'm probably going to enjoy the most, like every time again and again, is going to be the moment when people are realizing that's that's their new life, that's their new home. Um, that you can see the emotions and feelings on their face starting to visualize, um, where they're going to sit in the new coffee nook, how they're going to eat breakfast on the island, how the new dining area going to look and feel. Um, probably going to see the impact on people's lives. That's the reason we chose to do residential houses versus commercial, um, to deal with like people's emotions. I'm going to start with in order to deliver high quality, there is high importance to how to even approach to the project. What is your how your agreements looks like, how everything look from the first phone call with the client all the way to hey, those are the key to your house. And for that reason, we're trying to always improve and get better, get a lot of feedback from our clients about what they like, what they didn't like, what we can really, um, give them in order to create this better experience. And, but I'm just going to advocate that everything starts and ends from a good pre-construction and good planning. Good planning is going to be a successful project. Build as you go, that's going to be on the border of excruciating. >>
