[Music] My name is Dakota Flick. I am part of the leadership team here at The Floor Store. The Floor Store is a Bay Area-owned flooring retail company. We've been in business for almost 40 years. What we offer is materials and professional installations, both commercial and residential, of any type of material that you're looking for as far as flooring goes. Whether that be hardwood, tile, laminate, luxury vinyl, carpet, we have it all. We have 10 different locations across the Bay Area, from Santa Rosa to San Jose. We just opened our 10th location in Fairfield. One of our differentiators here at The Floor Store is that we are Northern California's largest floor stocking retailer. What that means is that you, as the client, will be able to get fast installation, and that also means that we have larger buying power, which means that we can pass the savings on to you. Here at The Floor Store, we do have an amazing team. From the sales staff all the way to our managers, we have an average of 23 years of experience per salesperson. As far as our purchasing team goes, we do have a dedicated purchasing team. Their whole goal is to curate high-quality products. That way, we can pass them along to you. Finally, we have a trusted network of installers, ones who have been working with us for well over a decade. It allows us to stand behind our products confidently. The history of The Floor Store is one of hard work and dedication to the craft. We're a third-generation family business. My father grew up in the carpet mills, and I grew up running around on those same carpets in the Richmond store. We opened the Richmond store in 1987. We just opened our most recent location in Fairfield. We are not a national business. We are a Bay Area born and raised business. So, we're here to serve you. Something that our customers can be fearful of is the flooring project itself. Rarely is flooring ever a small project, and it's a fear of choosing the wrong product or having their home turned upside down, having all their floors torn out. One of the benefits of our sales team is having as much knowledge as they do. There's no choosing the wrong product with us. We'll guide you through and get you the right products from there. When we do the installation, we do it all. We will tear out the materials, install new ones, even take the old materials away for you. So, really, the most difficult part for you is choosing the color, and then we'll take care of the rest. One of the things I'd like to highlight as well is flooring can be such a tactile experience. It's one that you have to see, feel, and sometimes if you want to, smell. Often times you want to see it in a larger format. That way you can see the plank variations or how the carpet will run. We always recommend coming into a store and actually seeing the materials versus only seeing it online. You're not going to get enough of the visual by only seeing it through a computer screen. We call ourselves the Bay Area Flooring Authority for a reason. We call ourselves the experts, and we want to make this a fun project for you.
