Hello, I'm Brandy with Redwood Empire Termite and Pest Control. We've been in business since 1946, and I'm a third generation termite and pest control expert. My background is I'm a state-licensed educator in the termite and pest control industry. We specialize in doing termite inspections for resell, for refinance, for people that are doing general construction, and come across termites and pest control needs in their home. We also do dry rot repair and remediation work. So my grandfather went ahead and started Redwood Empire Termite back in 1946. Since then, my father has been in the business, my uncles have been in the business, myself, my brother, and other siblings. It's a family-based business, and we strive to keep it going. Now I'm training my sons, fourth generation in the business. So continuing on, hopefully it will go for many more years. Everything that we use are usually a water-based material or man-made material, very low in toxicity. So everything has a caution-based label. When we go out and we do our inspections, we go out and we identify the things that are possibly wrong with the home, and we go ahead and outline all those things. We go ahead and we put together a comprehensive plan to go ahead and take care of the items that are wrong with your house via any kind of termites that need to be eradicated or there's rodents that need to be eradicated. There's also doing repair work, dry rot repair work, things of that nature. So we go ahead and try to take care of all the things and take your fears away. A lot of people don't know who to call, and we're a one-stop shop. We'll actually go ahead and do the inspection, do the treatments, do all the repair works, get everything completely done to your satisfaction.
