. Hi, I'm Miriam R. Alvarez, owner of Qualtech Heating and Cooling. We specialize in residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning replacements and installations, service, and maintenance, as well as all air duct cleaning, sealing, and replacements. We also handle all aspects of indoor air quality improvement, and we could definitely advise customers of ways that they can save money on their utility bills. We started Qualtech Heating and Cooling in 2007. We've been in the heating and air conditioning industry for over 20 years. Most of the time that we spend in our home, we have either the air conditioning or heating system on, so that air really needs to be well taken care of. We definitely listen to their concerns and provide them with all the information possible to give them the best quote and the best solution for their problem. Our service advisors and installers all go through rigorous training, along with training from the utility company, as well as constant ongoing training to make sure that we are providing our customers with the most up-to-date technology and service that we can provide for them. We provide a 5-year warranty on installations and replacements, and a 3-year warranty on all repairs. We do have someone answering the phones 24 hours a day, so we do have a live operator to answer any calls. Our service hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. We do offer emergency service.
