Hi, I'm Bob Hoffner, co-owner of Pacific Coast Carpet located here in Concord at 1081 Detroit Avenue. Family-owned since 1975, Pacific Coast Carpet provides carpeting, hardwood floors, laminates, Loleum, area rugs. We do residential installation. We do all types of commercial installations as well. You'll notice we carry many remnants in stock. We carry products from all of the major manufacturers, including Shaw, Mohawk, Coronet, Royalty. We carry laminate products from Mannington. When you come into Pacific Coast Carpet, we provide consultative service. We'll explain the warranties. We'll explain the differences between the manufacturers. We will, of course, let them check a sample out if they wish to do that. That's one of the important things about Pacific Coast Carpet. We're here to answer your questions and help you put the right product into your home. We'll measure the house. We'll base the no-cost estimate on the product that they've chosen. We offer a one-year labor guarantee on all of our installations. Our installers have been installing for Pacific Coast Carpet for at least 15 up to 20 years. They are very experienced. They are certified in many different carpet installations, laminate installations, hardwood installations. If someone comes into Pacific Coast Carpet and finds a product here on the floor, we're typically able to install it within 72 hours. Not being a big box store, Pacific Coast Carpet can be nimble and flexible in handling the needs of our customers.
